Do I get access to all available modules?

Yes on ALL plans you get ALL the available JOB TITLE modules e.g. Forecourt Attendant, Cashier, Merchandiser, Cleaner, Food Handler, etc. But, if you ONLY want the HSSE Induction Course & Certificate modules we've created a special lower priced plan which includes only the HSSE Induction modules.

How do I track training progress? (click here to see details)

How do I track training progress?

There are 4 ways to track progress:

    1. You will get a weekly progress report for all the learners from your Service Station. The report shows individual progress for each learner including course progress, test scores and certificates issued.
    2. You can login on any learner's individual profile and see his/her progress on each course. And you can export a report for that learner if you want.
    3. You can get Branch Admin access which allows you to log in at any time and view all the learners from your Service Station. You can draw system reports, custom reports, course reports and more. You can even schedule them to be sent to you when you want.
    4. You can request a report at any time from our Helpdesk via email, whatsapp or phone. We will draw the report and email it to you.
How long are Certificates valid and how do I download them? (click here to see details)

How long are Certificates valid and how do I download them?

A learner will earn a Certificate of Completion when he/she completes the required module and the short Certificate module. The Certificate is issued immediately by the system and is typically valid for 12 months from date of issue.

You will also get an email notification every time a Certificate is issued, and a reminder when the Certificate is about to expire. All Certificates can be downloaded from the system through the individual learner's profile, OR with the Branch Admin login.

All Certificates remain on the system, even if they expired, as long as you remain registered as a client.

When can learners do the training? (click here to see details)

When can learners do the training?

One of the major benefits of e-learning is that training can be done at ANY time and from ANYwhere and to fit your schedule. If your employees are too busy during day shift, then they can train during night shift. If they are too busy during the week, they can train on weekends.

We see that most learners train in short sessions of 20-30 minutes and log in around 4 to 5 times per month. That indicates that they work through the training modules, slowly and deliberately, which drastically improves retention of information and learning.

After a learner has completed all the training, and earned his/her Certificate, there are a few other options:

    • You can request a reset of progress if you want a learner to redo all the training. Fuel Retailers request progress resets to allow employees to do refresher training. They also do so after a Disciplinary Procedure or a low Mystery Shopper score. The training report can also be sent to the Oil Company as proof that the Fuel Retailer has taken appropriate action.
    • You can allow a learner to complete the training of another JOB TITLE, to multiskill your employees. Many Fuel Retailers let employees earn multiple Certificates to ensure there are enough trained employees to move to different roles whenever needed. E.g. you could multiskill Car Wash Attendants on Forecourt Training so you have backup Forecourt Attendants available.
